As a NEW PATIENT who is a senior citizen with numerous chronic heart conditions, cardiologist BEN—ZUR saw me ONLY ONCE during initial first visit then for any subsequent visits thereafter, he became a ghost doctor who has his office medical assistant to treat the patient. Also, His OFFICE assigned MEDICAL STAFF have POOR WORK ETHICS and are NEGLIGENT towards SENIOR CITIZENS like me. Dr. Ben-Zur and his staff are extraordinary. From the moment you open the door you receive attention. I appreciate his board certifications assuring he can guide the management of my health as a system. Among all of the physicians I've met, he is the most influential. Dr. Ben-Zur is certainly living a life in the service of others; and I appreciate him.
I had a very disappointing experience with this cardiologist’s office. I called with a medical concern and spoke with someone named JERICHO who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of showing basic courtesy or willingness to help, he was dismissive and ended the call by hanging up on me.
