Dr Goya is great but the receptionist working today 17/3/2026 is dumb as a doorknob. I called in the morning asking for an over the phone consult as I have gastro and needed a doctors certificate she says ok before taking my number. I spelt my name for her 7 times just for her to still put it in the system wrong. And hung up before I could correct her a 8th time.
