She’s very professional and understanding and patient when you have to explain an issue with her
Dr. Rao is a very caring doctor. She spends time with her patients and is very thorough. She explains things well and makes sure all tests and vaccines are current. She has a very pleasant personality and listens to her patients. I actually enjoy my visits with her!
I have followed Dr Rao from her early years at the Family medical clinic in Temperance. Wherever she moved her practice I followed her and encouraged her. I have experienced some challenging medical issues and she is by far the best MD I could have chosen. Very smart, compassionate, always looking for any symptom or test result that may require closer attention. And will talk to you about everything until you feel comfortable about your situation. I trust my life to her medical care. She is just a good person
Dr. Rao is the kindest and most compassionate doctor I’ve ever had. She knows her patients, never rushes and is very thorough. Even if I see a specialist I still run things by her because I trust her completely. She also has a delightful laugh!
Dr. Rao is excellent. She listens to you, shows care for you, researches problems you have, prescribes medication based on efficacy and best practices rather than most expensive, has a nice office staff and takes time to explain conditions. She will send you to appropriate specialists, if necessary, and does a good job monitoring health status. Knowledgeable, professional, caring.
Dr. Rao is wonderful! I like that she is very methodical in how she treats your ailment, and she isn't flippant with prescribing medication. I would recommend her to anyone!
She is very friendly, and seems interested in what I say. She always looks at all possibilities.
