Iâ??m very pleased with cooper pediatrics my grandchild has been going there since birth I had dr kilmire a great dr plus I had a nurse practitioner and staff was wonderful. Call backs were in a timely manner. I donâ??t miss appointment and try to e 15 minutes early to get checked in and on time for appt. I needed services for grandchild they were immediately handled. By staff and dr. Iâ??m grateful to have cooper for all her needs. Thank you to all drs and staff for such a professional job.
I totally agree with Janine. I had to move my children from Dr. Ehrlich in Cherry Hill because he retired, so I chose Cooper Pediatrics. Boy, what a difference, big mistake. The doctors are fine, if you get to them. Many gate keepers, however; and I am quite sure the doctors know and they are OK with it. The support staff is rude, not helpful; they are just shuffling you around, even with a sick child. You have to wait for the nurse to call to tell you if you are allowed to come and see a doctor, the nurse takes up to 4 hour... read more
Terrible Support Staff -Don't take your child there – I would like to know why there is such disarray in the pediatrics dept. in Voorhees. I called on Monday morning at 8:30am for a sick child with fever only to wait on hold for 15 min. and then be told there were no appt's available for the entire day and a nurse would call me back. I called three more times throughout the day fearing a trip to the emergency room because I rec'd no phone call back from cooper ped's nurse. Good mexican food I used to go to Serrano's a lot because it was close to where I lived, the food there is pretty good as well as inexpensive. Last time I went the service was just ok...but it's a great place to meet up for a quick lunch.
Good Eats Serrano's I have eaten at all of them some are better than others and some have better or worse staff than others but for the most part it is always a good time eating here!!
Serrano's Cafe & Cantina is great Mexican from the grill Serranos has a great way with Mexican food from the grill. Don't know how they do it, but their basic tacos even taste better than most.
