Dr. Umesh had changed my blood pressure meds 3 times with no directions for the last med prescribe. Dr. Umesh had scheduled me every 2 weeks without reason and I left without answers . I couldn't afford the biweekly visits. I have called and sent messages to their office and patient portal with zero replies, also my portal has ZERO information about any visits, medication. I left this appointment in tears feeling belittled, dismissed, and disappointed. I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and I don't believe the care I received was worth the cost of the visit. While I was in the lobby, I could clearly hear the doctor yelling at the staff member working the front desk and taking patients' vitals, which added to my concerns about the professionalism of the office. Unfortunately, this was a very negative experience, and I would not return.
Dr. Aurora has always given excellent treatment and advice to my husband and me. When a procedure was necessary he advised us of the effects and did an excellent job in performing it.
He’s good and very thorough!
Dr Umesh Arora is an amazing doctor. He saved my husband’s life which he credits to God. One of the smartest doctors I have ever known. He never turns anyone away. Yes you might have to wait.,Yes the office can barely handle the enormous amount of patient but he is absolutely “the best”! It’s your life we are talking about!
