Recently worked with Dr. Khan. In all of my nursing experience, he is likely the worst H/P I have ever seen. Falsified assessment details based on chart information, claimed in his notes that he spent much more time with each pt - though he did not round with me so I have no idea when he did them - than he did, was found sleeping in the h/p office by a PA and a nurse, and was slow to respond to any order requests.
