I loved Dr. Smith.I did not go regularly to the dentist until I found this office. Melody was a gem in the front office. Dr Smith is no longer there and I think Melody maybe gone also. I went once for an adjust on my partial. The lady did not have a good attitude. I need a dentist that won't hurt. I am afraid of dentist.But I wasn't with Dr. Smith. Wish I knew where she went
Beware of this dentist office!!! Dr. Umekei Smith is no longer at the office. The dentist office is SouthLoop Denistry/Dr. Samuel Mason. Too much to share but do not trust them.
This review is based on my experience, or lack thereof, with US Dentistry. I had a 7 am appointment last week that no one showed up for. I waited around for over 30 minutes and tried calling them once I got back home to find out if my appointment had been rescheduled. No answer. I tried calling them a few days later and still no answer. I finally got someone on the phone this morning who was not only rude, but lied about making an attempt to contact me. I absolutely LOVE my dentist Dr. Umekei Smith! The entire staff makes you feel so comfortable from the time you walk through the door. Ms. Melody always greets each customer by name and keeps up with your personal life events (They seriously sent me a Congratulations card for the birth of my son) The staff is made up of a great cohesive team, they provide multiple options for treatments and plans. Great benefits, work staff is very attentive and patient! Been coming since 2016 and I don’t plan on going anywhere else.
