Extremely disappointed—complete waste of time and money. I am incredibly frustrated with the service and lack of results from this clinic. I paid hundreds of dollars for a treatment that wore off within just a few weeks. When I went back to have it corrected, the exact same thing happened, it wore off again in two weeks. I saw Rusha today at the Paddington clinic and after a bad and traumatic experience last time with a different clinic I finally felt listened to and treated with so much love, guidance and respect I highly recommend Dr Umed clinic and Rusha thank you so much
Kabita completely botched my lip filler at the Hawthorne clinic but I know she works at the Paddington clinic as well. DO NOT LET KABITA TOUCH YOUR FACE. I had my treatment done on 12/03/25 and my lips are still extremely messed up. Initially (straight after the procedure) they looked great and I thanked her. I noticed lumps and bumps as I waited for swelling to go down and I know this is common while the filler settles. But now it is 14/10/25 and my lips are properly cooked. Nurse Rusha is hands down the best cosmetic Injector RN I've been to! Would recommend her to anyone. Such an amazing experience with her, and she is so kind and gentle. Will not be seeing anyone else but her from now on
