After going to different dental offices in the bay area, Im glad i found my way back to dr. Patel's dental office. Starting with Charleen (such a sweetheart) who is very friendly and helpful. And Priyanka, who is so nice and kind (i like this girl!)Clean and comfy office, too. Dr. Patel is so efficient and not intimidating at all. Horrible and unprofessional experience. The dentist, Uma, was not only unfriendly and difficult to talk to, but she also provided exceptionally poor care. My mother had a loose crown and pain, but Uma only pulled the loose crown off without resurfacing the tooth or addressing the pain. We were still charged for incomplete services, including a charge for pain relief. The worst dental care we've ever received.
I was excited to know that a dental office in my city was open on a Saturday since I work Monday -Friday. This was recommended on my insurance home page I don’t see how they are recommend with good ratings when they are false advertising the hrs of operation. I called many of times to see if I can get an appointment and considering they didn’t answer since I was in the area I thought I’d stop by and get an appointment for a later date I arrived at 1146 am on Saturday the office is closed. I normally don’t write reviews, however Dr. Patel did amazing & painless work on my front implant tooth in very short time. I highly recommend her & staff for implants work, they are very professional. The office is clean & spacious. Thanks Dr. Patel !
I was in extreme pain with broken fractured tooth and I have dental fobia from my past experience other places, dr Patel & staff gave me immediate appointment after checking with my insurance. Dr. Patel removed my front tooth, and put bone graft on the same day seamlessly. In the following visit, Dr. installed implant with surgery, and I am very satisfied with her work with almost no pain.
