I have been undergoing spravato treatment for 4 weeks (twice a week) and I’m feeling better already- this office has nice comfy chairs to sit in, takes me in even when I arrive super early due to my insurance rides dropping me off early, and is super professional but at the same time very friendly so it wasn’t intimidating at all. The office looks very fresh and clean. I have 4 more weeks of 1x a week treatment to go, but I will miss coming when it is over!
Dr Fawad is amazing. The office is amazing for treatments, and Dr Fawad always takes the time to listen to me and help address my concerns.
This is NOT a reliable psychiatric facility. Extremely poor customer service. Go to the Sprovato website, there are legitimate clinics all over the state that take insurance. Or, if you speak a foreign language, you may be better able to communicate with them.
