I sufficiently like the guy despite that he said he thinks he needs to educate me (perhaps both rude and incorrect too), and then boasted he has an MD. His point was to put me down. One doesn't need a doc who seeks to dominate the patient. That's unnecessary and competitive for control, not colaborative and not good spirited.
