I was referred to this Dr. By Dr. Galliano orthodontist care. After providing my medical coverage document and dental insurance with their receptionists, I was told by them that they do not accept any medical coverage or insurance. Everything needs to be out of pocket, from consultation to surgery. Seems very fishy and scammy.
