Dr. Fiala and his staff took great care of me before, during and after surgeries on both feet for heel spurs and Achilles tendon repair. They were so friendly and helpful. Also available for any of my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Fiala! Thank you Step Ahead!
I have been seeing Dr. Tyson Fiala for many years. Recently, I was having a lot of trouble with an ingrown toenail on my left foot. In mid-September Dr Fiala met with my wife and me and explained in great detail a procedure he had previously discussed with me to eliminate my problem. He assured us that it was an uncomplicated procedure and would not provide long term disability. On October 7th, 2025 Dr Fiala did the procedure which both I and my wife watched.
