Professional excellent care. Dr. Vines really heard me from the beginning. He remembers me from appointment to appointment. My health shows the quality of the care. His staff is caring and knowledgeable. Can't same anything negative about this office.
I had high hopes after my first visit with Dr. Vines even though he couldn’t diagnose my issues. However, after numerous messages attempting to obtain a walker were completely ignored, it was obvious he didn’t care or he didn’t want me as a patient. Very unprofessional. So disappointing.
Excellent! Professional! Caring. Observant. Did not ever feel rushed. We felt listened to and all questions answered.
