Ive been here twice and i can say The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! People with serious medical problems that need immediate attention are trying to call this office but the entire front desk is out to lunch. The phones just ring and ring for 6-8 hours with some bs recording saying sorry for the wait please continue to hold.. good luck trying to make an appointment here. Find another doctor. I don’t know why others have a problem with this practice and or Dr Tyler Cheung. My experience was above average. I thought he was an excellent and a smart doctor. The rest of your ratings are nuts 🥜 As for the staff, they were a happy bunch and very friendly.
Staff is rushed. No follow through with insurance issues. Staff does not return my calls. Sloppy.
Dr. Cheung is a specialty neurologist who specializes in movement disorders--as opposed to being a neurology generalist. He delivered excellent care to my father early in 2021. Moreover, when we had a concern about my father's symptoms, we could send email and Dr. Cheung would *respond*...which places him in the top 1% of medical doctors. More than once he responded to our emails the same day in the evenings, including both Friday and Sunday evenings. That is commitment. The world needs more doctors like Dr. Cheung.
I would give ZERO stars to Dr. Tyler Cheung if that were an option. Very disappointing experience. Get a new Dr........
