I went a couple of times to Dr. Shah's practice 10 or 11 years ago. The last time I was there, an assistant walked out to the front desk holding a glass vial containing a blood sample, and said, in a loud voice, "Whose blood is this?" My confidence took a nose-dive, and I've never been back.

This is the worst constumers service that I have ever seen in my life...the white Spanish lady at the front always is in a bad mood, she answered your question like she don't wanna talk to nobody They make you wait 2 hours and 5 minutes with the doctor 😞im not coming no more to this place

Worst service ever, they don’t go by appointments. The older fat blonde lady at the front desk is always making personal phone calls from the front desk at phone. Do not go to this office, they are very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.

They don’t check you well, they check you for 5 seconds and then go on to other patients. You can sign in and they will let others cut you. You would have to say something for them to know you’re waiting. They would literally cross your name out when you sign in and leave you sitting there. They also give you any quick medication, they don’t really check you completely..
