Their staff was not friendly, and didn't make me feel welcome. I visited Dr. Estrada's office for pacemaker checks. I repeatedly had long excessive waiting times. I discussed this with the Dr. who became angry and disparaged me. He suggested I see another Dr. He sees 7000+ which results in poor quality of care.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes, they always have specials going on Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
