We love Dr. Cao. We have been going to her since our boys were born. I even switched to her after the first year of her seeing my son. She's wonderful! It can be sometimes difficult to get an appointment with her if it's urgent (she's pretty booked) but for little ones, if it's important or a big concern, they'll work it out. If it's not a big deal, we just see someone else in the office.
