All Healthcare professionals are great, but here I truly feel like they greatly care.for my health. I get tri monthly blood labs with a detailed explanation and they are very professional and agreeable.

From a professional standpoint, customer service is vital. However, the person answering the phones appears to be in a hurry, offers no support, and is rude. Despite my initial desire to give this establishment a chance, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Never had issues with the Harlingen office and gave great advice on different ways to increase my T. The only issue I have ever had is n9t with them but with insurance. Cannot complain.
