***Do not believe the good reviews you may read here*** I experienced very bad customer service with the Harlingen office. Dr T prescribed something that they also conveniently sell at their office. After a year of buying the perscription from Dr. T, his office ran out of the medication. I asked for the perscription to be sent to my pharmacy and I was given the run around for over a month. They eventually refused to write the prescription. I visited another Dr who prescribed me the same medication and sent it to my pharmacy.... read more

First and foremost Dr T’s primary care/Mr. Galvan have changed my life for the better. The last couple of times I’ve gone to the McAllen office I’ve been disappointed with the women in front. The older lady is rude and the young lady has no clue. The nurses are great. Ray is always attentive. The new provider is great. No complaints there. My friends have always gone to Harlingen.
