From a professional standpoint, customer service is vital. However, the person answering the phones appears to be in a hurry, offers no support, and is rude. Despite my initial desire to give this establishment a chance, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Never had issues with the Harlingen office and gave great advice on different ways to increase my T. The only issue I have ever had is n9t with them but with insurance. Cannot complain.
***Do not believe the good reviews you may read here*** I experienced very bad customer service with the Harlingen office. Dr T prescribed something that they also conveniently sell at their office. After a year of buying the perscription from Dr. T, his office ran out of the medication. I asked for the perscription to be sent to my pharmacy and I was given the run around for over a month. They eventually refused to write the prescription. I visited another Dr who prescribed me the same medication and sent it to my pharmacy.... read more
