I would give them minus points if I could. Went to this doctor with a problem, was sent for tests to a lab, had the tests, the lab mishandled the specimen and had to redo the test, cannot get hold of anyone in their office to discuss the results, in fact when I did hear back from someone because I called the appointment line and they finally put the PA on the line with me, he was supposed to call me back and never has. Very poorly run office. The front desk staff does not ask for reason of visit then offers an appt several months away that is only virtual. I was told that the initial appt is virtual but the appt that I just tried scheduling was a subsequent appt. In 2023, three years after the start of Covid, it seems strange that a GI doctors office is only willing to see patients virtually “unless requested by the patient” according to the front desk girl. No one ever answers the phone at this place. It took me weeks to finally connect with someone to make an in-take appointment. Now, trying to call them back in response to a voice mail 45 minutes before that zoom in-take appointment, I have been on the phone listening to it ring for 20 minutes and still no one has picked up. I think it's time to move on to another doctor. There's no excuse for this.
