Dr. NG Troy (CPSO: 103199) is worst doctor I have ever seen in my life time. He did trigger finger surgery on my one finger more than 5 months ago. I haven't recovered still and it looks like I have to do 2nd surgery on the same finger again. He screwed up my finger, he made my finger worst than before due to his lack of knowledge or lack of experiences. I have been doing Physiotherapy since last 3 months and no improvement. My experience with Dr. Ng was wonderful! During the consultation Dr. Ng reviewed the procedure with me and informed me of what type of results I can expect. He provided me with alternative options and offered to refer me to one of his colleagues for a second opinion. Ultimately, I had Dr. Ng perform my procedure. The surgery was scheduled in a timely manner and the pre-operative instructions were given in writing along with directions on how to navigate through the hospital.
