Lack of communication, my children have been coming to Dr Onesti since their first dentist appt with the acceptance of medicaid. All of a sudden when i call to confirm my childrens appt i am told that they no longer accept medicaid. I should have been notified of this considering that appts were already made. Now i have been struggling to find a new pediatric dentist. This isnt the first issue i have had with this office and their lack of communication.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to Dr. Onesti's dental office. As the legal guardian of my 12-year-old nephew, I had scheduled an appointment in advance. However, the process has been marked by a lack of communication and concerning indications. Upon arrival, I was informed that I lacked the required documentation for my nephew's guardianship. Office insisted we didn’t have insurance and failed to call the right number to verify with our provider. After we called our insurance, provided the office with the valid info, they fought with us even while on the phone with our insurance ON THE PHONE with them. They treated the poor insurance rep with utter rudeness unaware we were patched into the call.
