Has NO clue what he's doing! And, he ROUGHLY put a tune into my nose and then he YANKED it out as if he was trying to start an old-fashioned yank-cord lawnmower. He's 'rough and rude'! EVERYone in the West Coast ENT group is just as INCOMPETENT !!!
I was referred to Dr. Kho by my primary physician as I am having hearing loss/issues (I thought in just one ear), after the hearing test Dr. Kho told me I had hearing loss in both ears. Prior to the test, I told her it felt like I had fluid in my eustachian tube (left ear).. All she did was give me a hearing test, no physical exam of my ear regarding 'why' there is a hearing loss? I came to that facility in search of why there is a hearing loss not that I had one. Not satisfied.
From the moment I walked into the office to the time I left, I was welcomed and felt the individualized approach. I have been seeing Dr. Wareham on and off over the years and can honestly say he is at the top of my MD list in terms of his kindness, knowledge, time spent as well as not leaving me sitting in the examination room for long periods of time. My appointments start on time and I never feel rushed.

The staff does not return your calls! I was having a very uncomfortable situation and when I called it was almost 2 weeks before they could see me. I was understood, scheduled an appointment but asked to be called if something opened up. They called but could not see me because I had more than one issue. They then called to say they would need to reschedule my appointment that I had been waiting for because they did not know it was more than one issue going on! Dr. Voorman listened to my concerns after I sustained head trauma and small break in my nose due to an accidental fall. He treated me with great knowledge and compassion, answering all my questions. He also walked me through what to expect short and long term. I saw other specialties due my fall and no one came close to how awesome Dr. Voorman treated me with initial and follow-up appointments. Thank you!

Dr Fettman is excellent. I had a deviated septum fixed and all could not have gone smoother. His staff and him create a very relaxed non stressful but professional environment. From the initial visit in his office to pre and post op, Dr Fettman and his entire team at Los Robles Surgicenter could not have been better. Very impressive. If needing ENT expertise, Dr. Fettman and the Los Robles Surgicenter should be on the top of your list.
