Doesn't help with nothing
If you value your time and health, do not go here. I've had countless no called backs, no results on labs for weeks, missing paperwork every visit. One time, Dr. Tran saw me, and 10 minutes into the visit, she realized she had a different patient's chart. You can imagine how I felt when she's going over lab results that weren't mine. This is just one of many things that happened to me.
I was seen by this office twice. The first time I was seen I was so excited because after months and months of sitting in pain and having limbs not work properly I was getting the help I thought I needed. On my second visit the staff completely forgot I was there and I waited for an hour and a half in the lobby, I was then finally asked if I was waiting for my appointment by a very nice nurse and I advised her I was. Nothing good to say , that says it all. To many office problems. Lieing staff members. Thank you for discharging me. Guess the truth was to hard for them to handle. Glad to a share personal experience and my "Breeze confidential messages" . Hoping lack of treatment and abandonment filings won't go unnoticed by medical board and state licensing board.
