Very sweet doctors and the staff is amazing!
Zero stars. If you are expecting compassionate, quality continuity of care, keep searching. Worst office management, nurse navigator "Kat" must be overextended and annoyed having to work with VA. With stage 4 breast cancer, my "care" was unorganized, and staff unprepared to provide IM and SQ infusions. Never read my history, never returned my calls, didn't review 2 separate PET scan results with me, nor markers.They forgot to order infusion meds. Dr poretta is my angel.she in conjunction w/my surgeon and rad oncologist made all of the right decisions for my treatment plan ... chemo, double mastectomy, rad...when i presented w/ very agressive breast cancer which had involved lymph nodes. She is always kind compassionate and asks the right questions.
