Zero stars. If you are expecting compassionate, quality continuity of care, keep searching. Worst office management, nurse navigator "Kat" must be overextended and annoyed having to work with VA. With stage 4 breast cancer, my "care" was unorganized, and staff unprepared to provide IM and SQ infusions. Never read my history, never returned my calls, didn't review 2 separate PET scan results with me, nor markers.They forgot to order infusion meds.
