Dr. Pavlopoulos was referred to me from Progress West, Visited me in the hospital twice, but very late at night, which was odd. But seemed like she cared and was looking into all the issues. 3 weeks after I was in the hospital she wanted a follow up visit, when I went in she was concerned about my Kidney levels and blood levels. had me rerun the blood work after I left. My daughter has stage 4 renal failure and had multiple problems getting her prescription filled. When we call she's ALWAYS busy and NEVER calls us back. My daughter told her that she's in pain and Pav told her that no one else hurts like that they only have a slight pressure. It felt as though she was calling her a liar.She also continuously writes negative little personal notes on my daughter's chart that we can see. As if this experience isn't hard enough on it's own.

I like Dr Pav she is every knowledgeable about my high blood pressure. My issue is with the billing department. When my fsa though my employer . Opium pd and they still bill me for my copay.

Dr. Pavlopoulos took exceptional care of my mother while she was hospitalized with a critical illness. She is a very thorough and genuinely compassionate physician. She was very knowledgeable about kidneys and went above and beyond.
