Recently we moved to a ranch a few hours from Montpelier.i have been with the same Dr for 20 some years. I have SLE and the change was hard. I wanted to tell about my experience. I have been a patient of Dr. Jacobsen for several years and appreciate how he has helped me through difficult health problems. Using his excellent knowledge and demeanor, he is able to treat both physical and mental health. In addition, his staff have been very helpful, especially getting necessary medication approved by insurance.

I feel extraordinarily lucky to have found Dr. Jacobson and his staff. I am beyond impressed with his kindness, professionalism and bed side manner. From the first time I called and spoke with the ladies at the front desk to make an appointment I felt like this was going to be a good fit. They were all just so kind!! I drive over 2 hours to see this doctor and it's so worth it. Finding a doctor who listens without judgements and actually cares is not always easy.
