Perfunctory and rude. No xrays taken Diagnosed injury of arm as a sprain. Arm was black and blue around entire circumstance below the shoulder. Ellis ER took Xrays. Complete dislocation with a fracture of the Humerus. This was 5 days later as he was there to visit family and a nurse saw it and told me to get to the ER. ER doc said it was luck they diagnosed and fixed it as it was becoming severe. Took 3 trys to get it back in as the muscles were so traumatized.
