I have had many surgeries in life and Dr. Allen is top notch on everything! Couldn’t be more happy with his communication and listening and overall honesty about everything we asked and then some.
I was very pleased with every aspect of my experience with Dr. Allen and AzMax. The thoughtfulness at the intake appointment where I left with my prescriptions so I didn't have the trouble of doing it on surgery day was very appreciated. On surgery day I found everything friendly and thoughtfully organized for my comfort and in such a way as to facilitate the whole experience. To top it all off, I got follow up calls from the office to be sure I was doing ok. I don't know of anything they could have done any better.
Simply the best! Could not be happier with everything. Dr. Allen is honest and about everything before, during and after surgery. Preps you well and sticks with you. He listens and answers your questions.
I enjoyed the courteous treatment by everybody. But I am disappointed in the instruction and charging me full price for all services. I was told you did not deal with United Healthcare. I only get social security and it's really bad to be led into high expense. I thank you for your services. Vern
