Very nice gentleman with great advice for my condition.
I have seen Dr Chapman in his Covington VA office for a nerve conducting test which gave me lots of answers he had said he would like to do a study on my legs. I have had my doctor send 2 referrals to them having heard no word from either. When I call the Covington office they say they never got a referral !!! This has been going on for almost 6 mo now. I really liked him and want to see him but his Covington office doesn't seem to have it together 🤷
