Dr. Sterenchok took care of my wife after a bad kidney stone attack and infected bladder. Good surgeon and a down to earth person.
The staff doesn't care, he doesn't care. They just pawn you off. They send people back to work even if there so much pain that retricts them from doing there job. They very insensitive especially krsity. would HIGHLY NOT RECCOMMEND that doctors office.
Terrible customer service. They refused to see patients. The doctor pick and choose who they want to see despite listening to the patient situation.
I’ve been a patient of his for about 2 plus years. Overall I’m very pleased with his attention and advice on my health issues. Recently I had the UroLift procedure. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. After 10 plus years of getting up frequently throughout the night having to urinate I can now finally get a good nights sleep.
