We met once. Someone else performed my surgery. I was informed numerous times that I would get my results over the phone regardless of the results. When the time came, his office refused to give me my results over the phone and demanded I come in that day (I couldn't as I was out of town on vacation with my kids). I then had to wait a stressful week until he was back in town. Later I received a bill for the appointment where I was told the results. Not impressed! I will not be returning to his office.
Dr. Failing is one of the most patience, knowledgeable doctors I have ever visited. He explained the surgery after effects in a way that I could understand. Dr. Failing came highly recommended to me by two of my personal doctors and I would in turn highly recommend him to anyone who needs surgery.
I had surgery for a ruptured appendix. I find most surgeons a bit uptight! Dr. Failing is the exception. He described in detail what he had to do,he even repaired my hernia that l had for years. I wish he did backs. Patient and answers all your questions. If I need anything else removed,I hope he is available.
