Shannon is a wonderful Physiotherapist she is so knowledgeable and knew exactly how to handle my injury when I had lost trust in therapists, she knew exactly how to help me physically and mentally which go hand in hand as far as iam concerned especially when the nervous system is in fight or flight I Also see Heather for massage therapy and she is amazing as well, very gentle as I asked when I first started seeing her and she has been a huge part of my recovery as well!
