Receptionist & tech were very nice.
Dr Moore is amazing. He does a wonderful job and I don't have even one complaint about his work or his demeanor. His office staff, although friendly enough at the onset, are incompetent when it comes to insurance and will become hostile rather quickly when asked if your insurance was filed correctly. I had to pay for my initial visit in full, and then half of my procedure visit, all the while they didn't tell me that they hadn't been hearing back from my insurance company. Dr Moores office was very friendly and professional. They have modern equipment to make the procedure go quickly and efficiently. Very clean office. Highly recommend this office if you need a root canal.
