Had tooth extracted. Perforated sinus and let a piece of root and tooth go up into my sinus. Went back to say it was infected. He said "no it's not.". He was very abrasive and smug. I had to go to a ent to confirm bad infection and then go back and have additional surgery to retrieve root tip and piece of tooth. Still painful after two years. I would not recommend to my worst enemy!
The absolute worst dental experience of my adult life. The man does not have any skills, He's rough, rushed, lacks empathy, consideration, thoughtfulness. The word barbarian comes to mind. Think of the turn of the century with a barber who has his foot on your chest yanking out your tooth. There you go.
I went to Dr. Thompson to get a second opinion on some surgery and dental bone grafts, tooth extractions. He spent a lot of time with me and gave me very good options, which included NOT doing surgery!! He is VERY honest, helpful and his Staff is Fantastic, the best I've found yet. His office staff Sherry went the extra mile for me finding me a good general dentist and was soo helpful with all my phone calls. This wonderful service was offered to me FREE!! I'm a 17 year old living in Jupiter FL. I have broken my jaw twice and both times went to Dr. Thompson. He always makes me feel comfortable and helps me any way he can. Dealing with a broken jaw is far from easy, but he seems to know all the right things to do. Breaking of a jaw is never cheap but he and his staff are very good at working out payment plans and trying to accommodate everyone. I would definitely recommend Dr.Thompson for any oral surgery you wish to have. -Ashley
