I called Dr. Transmission and auto Repair and was told they have a mobile service and was set up for a time of 1:00 pm but probably before between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm well both came and went no call no show so I called them and was apologized to about the confusion and was set up with a 9am appointment next day 10:00am came and went no call no show when I called to find out what happened I was told they wouldn’t be able to come and was given another company to call. Not reliable….
I would give them a minus if I could. It was a complete nightmare, no communication took them five weeks to not even fix our vehicle and lie to us about what they fixed on it. Mark my words do not go to them. We have now had to take it to another mechanic after we picked it up it broke down, taking it there was a complete waste of our time and the biggest mistake I have ever made! They advertise as being able to perform repairs while your vehicle is in Eagle Mountain. The reality is that if the repair requires an automotive lift or anything more complex than your driveway can handle then you will have to pay to have it towed to their real shop in Spanish Fork.

The shop isn’t in Eagle Mountain. That is the driveway for someone’s house. The shop is in Spanish Fork and you get charged if you have them tow it down there to get any work beyond an oil change done. Highly misleading address.
