After visiting Dr. Tran for the first time I was truly astonished. She ran an hour late for my appointment and was cold and dismissive once she got to me. I tried to explain my symptoms and concerns but she literally held up her hand to shush me as she typed away on her laptop. I've never experienced such condesencion and disdain from a health care provider. It was a very disturbing interaction. She should be investigated, honestly.
