Dr Tran and his staff took great care of me. I needed a new Dr. and got in same day. No sitting in the waiting room… Got right in. Dr. Tran took the time to listen to me and let me ask questions. If you’re a man in Lubbock and you need a new Doctor who specializes in men’s health, you’ve got to go see Dr. Tran at Lubbock Men’s Clinic.
I can’t say enough good things about this office. Everyone I interacted with genuinely seemed to love what they do and the patients they care for. The space is thoughtfully decorated to feel welcoming rather than “hospital-like.” I will absolutely be a returning patient.
Had a great experience I scheduled an appointment and was very pleased with how well they helped me and kept me informed with everything I have definitely found my primary caregiver’s at this medical group!
After my low review I received a call from Dr Tran which I appreciated.. this shows that he cares about his patients… my complaint was based on office staff not the doctors… Dr Tran an I discussed several issues and I’m sure from this time forward I will be completely happy with the results.. he gave me confidence that he would address my issues
