I've been with Dr. Smith-DIPalo for 18+ years. She is professional and very knowledgeable . I feel that she respects me enough as a patient to answer my many questions without condescension. Finally, I have always found her staff to be courteous and pleasant

Wouldn’t authorize continuation of home health aide (help with bathing and hygiene) for my 86 year old father in law without an office visit. His mobility is seriously limited after open heart surgery and dealing with edema which she was also unwilling to help with. He’s been a patient for over 10 years. NOT anymore.

The office staff is very unprofessional. My elderly grandmother, who called in advance for her prescription, arrived to the office to pick it up and the receptionist said "you can't just walk in and place an order like this is McDonalds". Dr. Dipaolo should be ashamed that this is the face of her business and needs to more closely monitor who she is allowing to interact with her patients. This is unacceptable.
