I saw the doctor in the beginning of August to schedule injections in my lower spine I was told that there would be no problem doing this by September 10th when we left for vacation my insurance company improved the injections 12 days later I left three messages with their office to schedule the injections no one called me back I'm still leaving messages and it's October don't make the same mistake I did go elsewhere... I had been experiencing excruciating pain for a very long time. It was time I'd done something about it since my PCP was unable to help the agonizing pain. After a lengthy visit to this pain specialist it was suggested that I have a pain pump inserted. The doctor explained the procedure in laymens terms that I fully understood.
