She is so amazing
Go see her if you want to just listen to a Dr. ramble on. Doesn't listen to anything you are telling her just cuts you off and rambles more. She spent 99% of the visit talking! Very disrespectful!
Smart, knows her stuff and also knows what she doesn’t know, which I find to be equally important when dealing with neurological issues.
I've pretty much never had a good experience at this office. I started my MS journey w/Dr Eicher, I had a notebook full of my symptoms, carefully noted and dated. She laughed at me and disregarded it immediately. I felt so small and ignorant. I moved immediately from her clinic to Dr. Nichols at OhioHealth in Columbus. Dr. Nichols and her team are FANTASTIC. Would give 0 stars if I could. Staff is extremely rude and incompetent. Find yourself another neurologist. Id like to talk about how Tracy ordered an MRI for me, I sneezed during the test and we had to stop the imaging. I couldnt get another MRI without the doctors orders but her staff wouldnt let me back in to see her since I wasnt able to complete the MRI.
