I was sent to see Doctor Cross to have two non cancerous moles removed. After waiting well over an hour past my appointment time, Doctor Cross enters the room and doesn’t even introduce himself. He spends less than 10 minutes in the room, tells me that I have skin cancer and he would send his nurse in to schedule the surgery. That’s it…. Absolutely no bedside manner acted like it was no big deal telling someone that they have cancer. I have had thyroid and breast cancer and any mention of cancer is an upsetting topic for me.... read more
He is a great doctor he probably saved my life because he took time with me and he does all of his patients thanks 🙏🏻
