I’m trying to make an appointment and the answering machine doesn’t allow me to leave a message and says no one is available to take my call. I can’t imagine being a patient here and trying to reach my doctor with this set up.
This office is always kind to me and acknowledged me by name Made me aware of all appointments, medications, I have been fairly treated I recommend their services
First off let me say that this is not a review of Dr. Robinson’s character, and I still feel like she is a wonderful doctor, but today I feel like she demonstrated a lack of compassion for her patient under the circumstances. This is post about doctors’ policy on being late overall. Most patients have to wait over 30 minutes to an hour after their scheduled appointment time to be seen by a doctor; however, most doctors only give a 15 min. late grace period before they cancel patient appointments.
