We saw Dr. Miller at Children’s Mercy North Urgent care. My son was under the treatment of the headache clinic for a concussion. She told my son “we all get little headaches but we have to get to class or work.” She lectured him 3 different times on going to class even though he was tired (from a concussion.) I stated it was not only a problem during school, he didn’t want to play soccer or play, just sleep and had slept 20 of the 24 hours over the weekend and was having intense mood swings. I switched pediatricians and I am so glad I made that decision. She was the pediatrician that I was wanting for my daughter. She is pleasant, gives good advice and knows medicine very well.
Not courteous in any interactions. Had 2 appointments with my newborn and found a different provider. AWFUL.
