I can't ever get ahold of anyone. I had to redo all of my heathcare.gov stuff just to change my pcp. They had me assigned to this dr and it was the worse mistake ever.
If you're in real pain and need help do not go to this clinic, I specifically asked the front desk about prescriptions due to the fact they had me set up to see a nurse practitioner and was told that they would be able to write any prescription I needed. So I went ahead and paid my copay. Then I see her and she tells me they don't write prescriptions for pain. So basically I just lost money coming to this place for nothing to be done for my back. I’m 37 years old. I was diagnosed ADHD when I was 6. I was rediagnosed in my 20s and then AGAIN in 2018 in the military medical system. THATS 3 TIMES IVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH THE SAME THING? How many times do cancer patents have to be rediagnosed?
