I call at 4:00 pm and message I get is calling after hours. When the web site states they are open till 5. Unprofessional. Consistently have to call again and again to get my refills filled.
So far my treatments are getting a little better but I hope since talking with a new doctor there they are going to get the correct medicine to help me
Dr. Alexander Torres is very good, but he allows himself to be dominated by the nurses and the building's administration. My mother's last visit to the infusion area was on December 10, 2024, and Nurse Naomi and the other nurse were completely rude in their treatment of my mother. I love this office. I anytime I need something they are always willing to help me. Always treat me with respect and compassion. Before seeing them I felt unheard and like no one believed me about my symptoms and health issues. It was always told to me it was anxiety or I needed to drink more water. They listened to me, they helped me, and they care about their patients. I am so grateful to the entire office staff and medical professionals that has helped me through all of this.
First time visiting this doctor was on 10/29/24 saw one of the staff members getting yelled at by a patient ( first red flag) They haven't corrected my medication I had at the pharmacy it's been 3 weeks I'm still waiting to hear from them and ive left 2 voice mails (2 red flag). Then I was sent to Quest for blood work when the technician call the doctor's office they didn't know what labs (3rd red flag).
