Excelente servicio y profesionalismo
I really was excited about having a good team to assist with my rheumatoid arthritis but they're too busy to keep up with demand. Every time I walk out the door I'm simply forgotten about. They don't even refill my meds half the time so I'm leaving this practice. It does look good on the outside but no follow through.
As my husband stated in a review prior to mine, his staff that is supposed to send your medical records are insufficient. I was told I would have no problems getting my records sent to TX. I did get a referral here with from a PA. I sent in the proper form to get records sent here, to the new rheumatologist. I've made countless calls, which now, depending if they are in the new office, you can't even leave a message. I emailed twice to no avail. The new office in Texas tried countless times too. My wife was a patient for several years with Dr Torres. We moved to Texas and we have tried and her new Dr office have tried to get copies of her medical records. I am sure Dr Torres does not know his office is being neglected like this. So, if you plan to move, get all your records prior to leaving. Frustrating they can't do their job.
