I tried several times to make an appointment by the PCP’s recommendation. This secretary didn't call back unlike their instruction for the appointment. I called the administration of Mount Auburn Hospital four times, and they also let the secretary call back to me back. I was waiting all day, but she just left a voicemail without calling and I called to tell her that I gave up trying to see Dr. Morgan.
