The other reviewer hit the nail on the head. This doctor's office is totally non-responsive. It feels like they wait to respond until you really get mad. It's just not worth it. I get the feeling that the doctor has no control over his office, no empathy for his patients and wants to get you in and out of the office as quickly as possible. The doctors office is very, very difficult to reach. They never return calls or respond to the pharmacy's requests for refills. A simple thing always turns into a big ordeal. On more than one occasion, after I have called and pleaded with the receptionist to get the doctor to approve my prescription refill, they send it to the wrong pharmacy.
