Worst experience I've ever had. Not only did me and my wife have to endure 3 failed FET. Maybe I shouldn't be upset because they are so sorry. Initially we were full of high hopes and broken promises thinking these people care and or can get the job done. I was extremely pleased with them recommending a partner pharmacy in which even made home delivery for needed prescriptions. Only later to find out that it was a scam in its own. There are many reasons for this one star review. These are just a few. Let me make it clear I don't have the normal infertility issues most women have when they turn to IVF. Only reason I came to kindbody was because my previous employer changed our fertility benefits. Before then I was with Shady Grove Fertility. I had all my testing done there before coming to kindbody. The only reason I needed IVF was because I have a tubal ligation. I have now had two failed FETs.
