I went there when I was in my teens and before there were google reviews. I hated the place but it was the only place my parents were referred to. The dentist there were not friendly and were different everytime. The last time I went, I had an extraction and the dentist waved me in as soon as the person before me left. After my extraction I realized, they didn’t sanitize or clean the instruments before the person prior to me. That was the last time I went there.
One of my brackets broke off from my braces and ended up messing up the alignment of my teeth, then after I explained it to the staff they completely disregarded it. They continued to remove my braces and mold retainers with the messed up alignment. Now I have a gap between the tooth with the broken bracket. After I explained to the staff the situation again, the only solution they could come up with was to mold my teeth again and give me another pair of retainers with messed up alignment, solving nothing.
